Here is a response from Management to a recent request for a team building evening.....

" This would be difficult to manage because of the various hours/shifts the staff work. Most of the Managers are heavily involved with extra curricular activities and would find themselves " Time Poor " and therefore unable to commit to further activities"

I would be ashamed to have written that piece of claptrap, let alone more or less admitted that I could not care less about my staff....I will be soooooo glad to be leaving here soon.
