I have decided to officially become a Kiwi, I will not however be renoucing my English passport, but circumstances mean that I will need to be identified with a socially shy, endangered, flightless bird.
As a permanent resident I can only stay outside NZ for six months before my residency expires & I would have to re apply, so it is a covenient move to allow me to return whenever & for as long as I want.
I wonder if this will give me any advantages in places where we English have overstayed our welcome........like Benidorm ?
