Dear owner of the large dog we encountered in the domain yesterday.

I did not appreciate it when your dog jumped on our soccer ball & burst it.
An apology would have been a lot better than the comment 'She needs a stick to bite on '. When we picked up our touch ball to play with instead, I did not enjoy the sight of your dog trying to snatch the ball from my six year old sons hands.

It would have helped at this time if you had put your dog on a leash & moved away, instead of staying there laughing at the mutts antics. In the end I moved away for two reasons;the first was the safety of my children, the second was because I was ready to put my fist in your face.

I don't think that would have been a good example.
