Well another great week to be a Kiwi, beating Great Britain in the league test & thrashing Aussie in the netball, only our woeful cricket team let the side down. The weather is turning slowly towards summer temperatures & the evenings are starting to lengthen. The seasonal vegetables are beginning to make an impression on the supermarket shelves & my children are already focusing their minds to what they want for Xmas.
Well there is still some way to go before that particular holiday.
I spent the weekend enjoying the warm weather & having a post crash drink of Chardonnay. Cheering the teams on the TV, & generally relaxing. I even remixed a track or two. That is the kind of weekend you could get used to !! It will be a different story this weekend when the monsters descend for their stay, but I would not have it any other way
