SERVICE



I called our Sydney depot to get an urgent shipment moving as it had been stuck there for 3 days.
I spoke to 3 separate managers who each transferred me, until I finally was put through to the man I was assured could help me.

I explained the urgency of the situation and the need to have the items delivered that day.

“I’m sorry he said but we have ******* ( head of Oceania group) visiting today & everyone has to be in their place. I can’t spare anyone to deliver this “

Damn and I thought it was all about customers…….
