I have just called our IT helpdesk in Australia from Auckland. They put me on hold while they called our IT department in Auckland, So I am on hold costing the company 10 minutes of overseas business rate, while they talk to an IT engineer who sits.... get this.....2 metres from my desk !!! WTF !!!!!!
