Whanau

Yesterday I had lunch with my cousins from Dad's side of the family, it was great to meet them all again & spend an enjoyable afternoon catching up. It has been far too long since we all sat down together & the event was made especially pleasing because I was able to take Speck along, she was too young to know who they were when we left for NZ. Yet despite this she coped really well & was made to feel very welcome.

As you can imagine there was a lot of story telling from our collective childhoods & opinions on everything. This is what makes been back in Yorkshire worthwhile.
