Tonight I am heading over to Manchester with my old mate Chris to watch him play a blues set there.
I have no doubt that it will be entertaining. Seeing my old friends still playing live has made me want to do the same. Something I have not done since I left Yorkshire for New Zealand....Can I still cut it after so long ? Don't know the answer to that one, but I have a planned reunion with my old band coming up so it may inspire me further.
It is only a week now until Speck arrives & we are busy preparing, I will be up all night on Friday monitoring her flight, then off at an ungodly hour to meet her, cannot wait.
