I called our National Telephone Provider yesterday, the problem is they are not sending me a monthly account. However they are debiting my bank account as they love to do.
Of course I have no idea how much they are going to take at any one time.
The girl I spoke to was very cheerful & helpful, she cheerfully told me it was not their problem that my bills did not arrive in to my mailbox. She helpfully advised me it was not something they could correct.
I cheerfully advised her that there was something I could do…so I helpfully cancelled the direct debit agreement & the account.
